A former director of the Alliance here in New Orleans, Brigitte continues sharing her loving of French cuisine by leading these classes which feature traditional French dishes, including 3 courses & wine. Learn how to make traditional meals and enjoy them with a glass of wine and conversation!
All classes take place on Wednesday evenings from 5:30 to 8 in the new cooking demo kitchen at The Southern Food & Beverage Museum, 1504 O.C.Haley Boulevard.

$65 for members (save $10 when you sign-up for 2 classes, $15 when you sign-up for 3 classes, or $20 if you sign up for all 4 classes)
