The definitive list of best croissants in the Crescent City: Concours de croissant winners announced!
On Saturday, December 6th, The Alliance Française de la Nouvelle-Orléans (AFNO) presented the the Crescent City’s first annual Concours de croissant at the Southern Food & Beverage Museum (SoFAB). The croissant contest determined the person or organization producing the best croissant in 3 categories: Traditional Croissant (professional pastry chefs), Traditional Croissant (amateur bakers), and a freestyle category open to both amateurs and professionals.
